It is a condition of using this form to enter a Squash Canterbury sanctioned tournament that you acknowledge and accept: The tournament entry fee is incurred when Squash Canterbury accepts your entry (by receipt of this form) on your behalf and you agree to pay the fee in full, on invoice if you withdraw without contacting Squash Canterbury giving 5 days notice to allow replacement. Your email address is important to complete this process. Please be very clear: If you do not receive a confirmation email within a day, there was a problem with processing your entry and you are NOT entered in the tournament.
