Squash Canterbury Board Update

Recently we announced new board members however we are sad to announce that Bronwyn Knutson has stood down due to personal reasons. Bronwyn will still be providing expertise, in a less formal nature, to assist the board to achieve our goals. Bronwyn is committed to improving the sport so we hope to see her back in the future.

Kim Paviell has resigned from her position as Administration Manager and will not be returning following the completion of her maternity leave at the end of July. Our thanks go out to Kim for all the work she has done for Squash Canterbury over a number of years and through some trying times. Kim has been the glue that has held things together. All the best for the future returning to Secondary School teaching. Kim passes her thanks to all those who have supported her and Squash Canterbury during her time with us.

Karen Boag will be continuing in the role of Administration Manager, which she was filling during Kim’s maternity leave and the board are in the process of working through the position description with Karen to ensure we encapsulate the work that is being done and make any changes to support our future direction.
